Order Processing & Shipping Times

- Standard delivery to addresses in the UK typically takes 3–5 business days.
- For other regions, delivery may take 4–8 business days.
As soon as your parcel ships, you will receive a tracking link by email, allowing you to monitor your shipment at any time.

Damaged Product
While rare, damage during transport can occur. If your item arrives damaged:
- We will offer a free replacement on the first occurrence.
- Refunds are not issued for the first shipment.
- If a second shipment is also damaged, we will issue a full refund.
To report a damaged item, please email us with a clear description and photographs of the product and packaging.
